Welcome to Inner Hero Healing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website, purchasing our programs, and booking sessions with us. By visiting our website, purchasing a program, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Inner Hero Healing Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") offers hypnotherapy, Havening Techniques, Body Code, Belief Code, and transformational coaching, delivered through one-on-one sessions and structured programs. We work with clients around the world, primarily online.

Not Medical or Psychological Treatment

Lynn Tucknies is a Certified Hypnotherapist, not a clinical hypnotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor. Our sessions and programs are for personal growth and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a program or book a session on your own behalf. If a session is for a minor, a parent or guardian must give consent, and the parent or guardian is responsible for the account, intake information, and payment.

Purchases and Payment

Programs and sessions are paid for in full at the time of purchase or booking through our website payment processor. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.

Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to feel confident and excited about the programs and sessions you book with Inner Hero Healing. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Programs: All program purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once you have enrolled, regardless of how much of the program you have completed. We encourage you to review the program details carefully, or reach out with any questions, before enrolling.

One-on-One Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.

●      If you cancel or reschedule with 24 hours' notice or more, we're happy to find a new time that works for you.

●      If you cancel, reschedule, or don't show up with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee still applies and will not be refunded.

To cancel or reschedule a session, please email lynn@innerherohealing.com as soon as you know you need to make a change.

Program Materials

Workbooks, hypnosis audio, videos, and any other materials provided as part of a program are for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share, resell, or distribute these materials without our written permission.

Participant Conduct and No Solicitation

Our programs, group sessions, and any related community spaces (including live calls, group chats, and forums) are intended solely for your own personal growth and participation. By enrolling, you agree that you will not use these spaces to advertise, promote, market, or solicit business for your own products, services, or practice, whether during live sessions, in group discussions, or in any other program-related space. This policy helps us maintain a safe, focused environment where every participant can be fully present in their own experience. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this policy, without refund.

Confidentiality

Group programs may involve participants sharing personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings. By joining a group session, you agree to keep private anything shared by other participants during that session. Please do not repeat, record, or share what others disclose in group settings outside of the program.

No Guarantee of Results

Every person's experience with hypnotherapy, Havening Techniques, Body Code, Belief Code, and coaching is different. While we're committed to supporting you fully, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from any session or program.

Assumption of Risk

Some of our techniques, including Havening, may involve self-administered touch as part of the process. Your participation in these techniques is voluntary, and you may pause or stop at any time if something doesn't feel comfortable for you. You are responsible for participating at a level that feels right for you.

Group Sessions

Some programs include live group Q&A sessions, which may be recorded so participants can revisit the content. By joining a live group session, you agree to being recorded. Recordings are shared only with program participants.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Hero Healing Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or sessions. Your use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Inner Hero Healing Inc. harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our website, programs, or sessions, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Inner Hero Healing Inc. regarding your use of our website, programs, and sessions. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply in full.
